This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms between you (the user) and lorzycomeon@inbox.com ("Company," "we," "us") regarding your use of the Lorzy mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Agreement to Terms
Your access and use of the Lorzy App signify your full acceptance of this Agreement. If you are under 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained necessary parental or guardian consent to enter into this Agreement and use the App.
2. Your License to Use Lorzy
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Lorzy App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license is strictly for use on a mobile device that you own or control.
3. About Lorzy: AI Character Social Dialogue App
Lorzy is an application designed for social interaction with AI-powered characters. Its purpose is to provide engaging and interactive conversational experiences. It's crucial to understand that all AI character responses are algorithmically generated and should not be considered as professional advice, factual statements, or expert opinions.
4. Account Management
A. Registration Requirements
To access certain interactive features of the App, account registration may be required. You commit to providing and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
B. Account Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
C. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the App if we determine that you have violated any part of this Agreement.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions
By using the App, you agree to adhere to legal and ethical standards. Specifically, you must not:
Engage in any form of harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable behavior.
Impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Use the App to generate or distribute content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on any protected characteristic (e.g., race, religion, gender).
Upload or transmit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Disrupt the App's operation or its connected servers/networks.
Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App, other accounts, or systems through hacking or similar methods.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App's code.
Use the App for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
6. Content Rights & Ownership
A. Your User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or input into the App ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant lorzycomeon@inbox.com a broad, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license. This license allows us to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our business, including promotional and redistribution activities.
B. AI Character Content
All responses and interactions generated by the AI characters within the App are the exclusive property of lorzycomeon@inbox.com or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this AI content without our specific written authorization.
C. Feedback Provided by You
Should you offer any feedback, comments, or suggestions about the App ("Feedback"), you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.
7. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or lorzycomeon@inbox.com. We may terminate this Agreement without prior notice if we believe you have violated any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and destroy any copies.
8. Revisions to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at our sole discretion at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined solely by us. Your continued use of the App after such revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
